Item Counting System
This solution we have developed for Bosch spark plug manufacturing unit to track and automate production. It needed to modify an weighing machine circuit to attach an Bluetooth module to send weighing data to an android tab using Bluetooth. In the tab, the operator will fill in the product details being weighed. Then it will be sent to a JAVA server, from the tab, for record keeping. Later reports can be generated from the JAVA server about the production details on daily, monthly and yearly basis.
For this solution we needed a high precision high capacity weighing machine. But this type of weighing machine is not available in local market. Weighing machines with very low capacity with high accuracy up to 3 decimal places is available. But we need weighing machines with high capacity like 150kg and high accuracy up to decimal 8 digits. But we have achieved that with software algorithm. Now it is operational and giving 100% accuracy item tracking, counting and paperless record maintaining and reporting.

Conveyor Belt Protection System
We are providing Conveyor Belt Protection System Solution to Dhamara Port, Odisha.
This product to protect conveyor belt from tearing due to cargo objects in return belt. Sometimes the cargo carried by the conveyor belt may be hard like lime stone. if a stone jumps into the return belt, it will reach the drive roller and get pressed against the conveyor belt. As the stone is hard, it will not be crushed to powder rather keep rotating along the roller and damaging the belt. Our product keeps a close eye on it and as it detects any object on the return belt, it will remove it along with produce siren to alert. Here for the demo purpose we have used the infrared lights but in actual we will use ultrasonic sensors of IP67 quality for the though environment.

They wanted to have a system where one can log complain against a particular refueling station with some evidence of adulteration.
